With selector communication systems enterprise managers have one of the most traditional and common way of enterprise management, analyzing information and taking effective decisions. Such historical long ago managing style acquired especial popularity in our country. Selector conferences, status meeting and short meetings are essential part of the communication process between management and subordinates and are also tools for controlling the taken decisions implementation.

Let's examine modern selector communication systems by the example of "Armtel" communication equipment. By convention products of the company can be divided into speaking devices and dispatch and management communication panels. Some models of the speaking devices allow to establish communication between manager and subordinate (loud-speaking communication systems series), other allow to establish communication between subscribers and the differences between them are the maximum number of subscribers and connection diagrams. Among other loud-speaking devices there are inexpensive systems which provide selector communication of the manager with subordinates or equivalent subscribers and central loud-speaking communication panels with amplifier allowing group and common calls. They consist of single or several manager panels and subscriber devices. Usually these systems also allow internal calls between manager and subordinates and sometimes they allow limited conference. At the same time some systems do not allow to establish communication between subscribers, to use public switched telephone network and to hold conferences with large number of participants.

In the large office when enterprise employees are often away from theirs work places it is possible to connect loud-speaking warning system. It consists of central unit which is connected to internal analogue port and speakers which are hanging out in corridors, halls and other places where employees are often gathering. In such case manager calls the required employee via voice communication. The speech is broadcasted on all connected speakers. After recognizing a call called employee can answer it from any close telephone set. Thus with the help of LSC manager can connect to ongoing conferences and selector meetings of the employees who are away from theirs work places.
