Communication System

The communication system includes industrial intercom, intercom, public address system (PA), conference system and crane radio communication.

Public address system serves for announcing and one way communication in industrial areas. It includes 50/100/200/400 W amplifiers, located in the Central Exchange, and loudspeakers, installed in the process areas.

Industrial intercom system serves for the communication between the process areas and the operator. It is carried out via digital or analogue intercom station installed at points and connected to the Centra Exchange. In explosive areas AW Ex, DW Ex explosion-proof intercom stations are installed.

Conference system enables the operator to communicate with any subscriber of the system via TCS / ACS desktop intercom stations or a telephone set, to organize a telephone conference call on any management level, as well as to make PA announcements.

Crane communication (for the enterprises in metallurgic industry and transportation terminals) is designated for wireless communication in between crane operators, mobile radio stations with immobile panels, and also with a dispatch operator.

Technical solution The suggested technical solution is based on the DCN or ACP central exchange switch unit, depending on the number of the tasks (hereinafter referred to as 'the Central').
The Central can be connected to:   ACS, TCS desktop intercom stations; direct call key number can be increased to 192 keys; AW Ex or DW Ex outdoor explosion-proof intercom stations; DW digital outdoor weatherproof intercom stations; AW analogue outdoor weatherproof intercom stations; S2M bus for integration with PBX system; Two basic TF-95 radio systems; the crane communication system and the mobile communication system; Portable stations; Crane intercom stations; PA announcement system amplifiers; Weatherpoof and explosionproof signaling devices (hooters, sounders, sirens, signaling bells); Central uninterruptible power supply for 4 hrs of standby at 30% of power;
The ACS / TCS desktop intercom station is usually installed in the operator's unit room. The station is desktop type, keyboard for 32 direct call keys to parties and groups, a microphone on a flexible arm. The panels' keyboard can be extended to 192 keys.
The AW Ex or DW Ex explosion-proof intercom stations with three two-directional keys for 6 lines are installed in explosive environment and are used for the communication with the operator, other system's parties and/or public address during process or repair and maintenance jobs in the production areas. The AW Ex and DW Ex stations have a built-in microphone and a loudspeaker. The design of devices AW Ex and DW Ex protects them from chemical corrosion, is vandal-proof, protection class IP 65, range of operation temperatures 55 - +80 C0. The intercom devices have built-in amplifiers 25 W for outdoor horn speakers.
For loud notification are applied explosion proof loudspeakers of type DSP-25 Eex, 25W. The given loudspeakers develop high sound pressure at the high degree of efficiency; have a wide frequency band and the optimum emission pattern. Structurally, loudspeakers have a class of protection IP 67, are protected from chemical corrosion, a metal and coal dust, have a range of working temperatures is - 50 +40 C0.
Communication system TF-95 is intended for voice communication with mobile objects. The transferred quality of speech and functionalities correspond to high standards of wire communication. All components of system TF-95 are designed for application in hard industrial environments.
