Description of IP ratings (IEC 60529 Standard)

Protection of intercom stations against ingress of moisture or dust - (IP Code).

IP Rating is described by 2 digits. The first digit relates to dust protection, the second digit relates to water protection.

For example: The DW intercom stations have an IP Rating of IP66, which means they are dust tight and are protected against water seas.

IP 66 protection class is appropriated to Armtel's Intercoms

Arman company tested the weather proof intercoms Armtel at the base FGUP TSNII «Elektropribor», which has accreditation in the Russian river register, the Russian sea register of navigation, the ministry of transport RF, the RF State Committee on Standardization, Metrology, and Certification, and also in Russian Minatome and Gosatomnadzor.
